Our Custom CNC Machined Structural Parts are engineered for demanding applications in industrial robotics and automated guided vehicles (AGVs). We work from your CAD drawings or 3D models to deliver complex components—frames, brackets, housings and more—in aluminum, mild or stainless steel, nickel or zinc alloys. With high-speed 3- to 5-axis machining centers, we achieve tight tolerances, smooth surface finishes and consistent batch-to-batch accuracy.
A: Yes. We operate our own ISO 9001-certified CNC machining facility with turnkey capabilities—from tooling and programming to final inspection.
A: Samples can be produced from 1 piece within 7-10 days. Sample fees are deductible from bulk order invoices.
A: In addition to aluminum and steel, we handle nickel alloys (e.g., Inconel) and zinc alloys. Titanium and copper-based alloys available upon request.
A: We perform 100% dimensional verification on CMM, plus surface-roughness checks (Ra) and, if required, hardness or metallurgical analysis.
A: Standard terms are 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment via T/T. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx or ocean freight with full export documentation.
